Stuart Duncan, Princeton Packet...Dominic Mantuano who not only exchanges a few barbed jokes but sings ÒRecondita ArmeniaÓ from Tosca beautifully, and without interruption. He has a very bright future indeed.
Elizabeth A. Martello, The Home News...Aria Man performs for charity. Mr. Mantuano only selfish dream is to plug into the operetta Les Miserables. He sees his career on stage as a continuation of opera singer,
movie star Mario Lanza.
Sierra Donna, T.V. Talk Show...Thank you for appearing in the sexy talented men segment of "Surprise, Surprise, Surprise". You were a wonderful addition to a wonderful show. The show was wonderfully taped and I am sure the viewers will be responding in kind about the great job you did, the talent you personably posses and hopefully you will be a guest again at some point for "Surprise, Surprise, Surprise".
Anita Tecce, The Home News...Powerfully dramatic moments are provided by Dominic Mantuano.
Stuart Duncan, Princeton Packet...A call to arms. When the folks at McCarter decide to hold a fund raiser, they call on Luciano Pavorotti: when the Villiagers need extra money to complete their ambitious list of projects in Somerset, they rely on Dominic Mantuano. The super talented young man has been a frequent visitor to the main stage (most recently in Master Class), and he is well on his way to stardom. Plans will be announced shortly for a major film/TV project focusing on the career of Mario Lanza. Mr. Mantuano is scheduled for the lead. The result was a 90 minute splash of talent and excitement.
Bob Coyne, Courier..."Rousing Music Man production strikes right chord at Count Basie"...Dominic Mantuano blustery and exasperated as the angry salesman Charlie Cowell.
Eric Lamberg, Courier...With the title "America's Tenor" he will perform throughout the world promoting
a new style of singing of classical music.
Daniel Walsh, Trenton Surburban...With his singing voice, the clamor in certain music circles has been all about Mantuano. Organizer of a benefit event hosted by Los Angeles Lakers basketball star Shaquille O'Neal and former Olympic decathlete Bruce Jenner flew him out to Hollywood to sing for the event, the rest is history.
The Magnificent Mario Lanza Ball...A tribute to Mario was also given by our very own Dominic Mantuano who sang "Be My Love" and "Nessun Dorma" for the pre-ball dinner. For all of you who have heard Dominic's CD, we wish you could have been there to hear him in person. What a magnificent voice and presence!! Dominic sings from the heart and soul as Mario did and communicate his love for Mario through his voice. Imagine he is very young still and the sky's the limit and this is only the beginning of a wonderful career for him.
The Trenton Times...Several members of the Claridge Hotel and Casino in Atlantic City including Frank A. Bellis, Jr., Chief Executive Officer of the Claridge Hotel and Casino Corporation, Karlos R. LaSane, II, Director of Marketing Communications, Glenn Lillie, Vice President of Marketing Communications, and Charlie "Paris" Piazza, Player Development Executive, wound their way to Trenton and ended up at Roman Hall last Wednesday night. They experienced the "Total Trenton treatment" - good food, good company, and the singing talents of a young Mario Lanza, Dominic Mantuano, who is set to play the part of Lanza in an upcoming musical.
Dominic Mantuano was a civil servant for many years in the areas of law enforcement (CPO), fire fighter, and EMS.
